The Restaurant at the Summit Inn will not be open. Here are two places you can go for lunch on Friday:
1. Red Mountain Coffee - Located east corner of hotel parking lot big brown log cabin next to the 906. They serve an array of Breakfast burritos, sandwiches, pizza, soup and Pastries as well as Beer and Wine.
2. Webbs- Located at the West base ski area about 1 block west of the hotel they are open for Lunch and Dinner only. Great food reasonably priced. Full service Lounge located upstairs.
For those of you who have booked rooms on Friday night, each room has a mini fridge/freezer and a microwave, so you are more than welcome to bring your own food for Friday lunch and Saturday breakfast.
